'Aesthetic Era' Gym centre inaugurated in Bandipora

Bandipora: The inauguration of the "Aesthetic Era" gymnasium centre in Bandipora has provided health-conscious individuals, especially the youth, with a new destination in town to maintain their physical fitness.

Peezada Aqeel, a 26-year-old fitness expert, established this brand-new gym centre in Papchan village of the Bandipora district. The inauguration was conducted by his father, Peerzada Manzoor Ahmad, and attended by several prominent figures from the district.

The inaugural ceremony witnessed a significant turnout, with numerous fitness enthusiasts in attendance.

Aqeel emphasized that the primary objective of his fitness club is to engage the youth in fitness and bodybuilding. He pointed out that in recent years, the youth have often been drawn into drug use and other undesirable activities due to a lack of proper entertainment and constructive outlets.

"This fitness club will offer a platform for local youth to invest their time in enhancing their physical fitness and directing their energy in a positive direction," he stated.

Aqeel urged young people to adopt a dedicated fitness routine and maintain a nutritious diet to ensure their well-being.

"The gym center is equipped with the latest machinery, including core strengthening and stability machines, rowing machines, commercial treadmills, smith machines, Pec Dec fly, Olympic benches, Deadlift platform, Cross Trainers, Spin bikes, chest press, outdoor gym equipment, two-wheel LT-26, twister, Battle rope – outdoor gym equipment, and Leg press," Aqeel added
